THAT Regina
Coeli School’s request to temporarily close Tarrilli Street, Beverly
Hills between 3:30pm and 8:30pm on Friday, 16 October 2015 be approved.
THAT a copy of
the documents submitted by Mr Tim McEgan, on behalf of Regina Coeli School
for the proposed temporary closure of Tarrilli Street, Beverly Hills between
3:30pm and 8:30pm on Friday 16 October 2015 be referred to the RMS and Police
for consideration.
THAT the
standard fees as per Council’s Schedule of Fees and Charges be waived
for the proposed temporary closure of Tarrilli Street, Beverly Hills between
3:30pm and 8:30pm on Friday 16 October 2015.
THAT Regina
Coeli School be requested to notify all emergency service, bus companies, St
George Cabs Limited and affected residents in Tarrilli Street, Beverly Hills
at least seven (7) days prior to the proposed event.
FURTHER THAT Mr
Tim McEgan and the Principal of Regina Coeli School be informed of
Council’s decision.

be relocated to the new location of the Bus Stop.
THAT a concrete
hardstand area be constructed the proposed new location of Bus Stop outside

THAT a 10m
statutory No Stopping restriction followed by a 20m Bus Zone be installed for

Committee Recommendation
THAT Traffic
Logistics request to temporarily close Bridge Street, Hurstville between
9:30pm Sunday, 23 August 2015 and 5:30am Monday, 24 August 2015 be approved subject
to following conditions:
1. VMS boards be
placed at the intersection of Queens Road and Croydon Road, Hurstville
advising that ‘No Heavy Vehicles Access to King Georges Road via Queens
Road’
2. VMS boards be
placed at the intersection of Forest Road and Gloucester Road, Hurstville
advising that ‘No Access to King Georges Road via Bridge Street’
3. Road Occupancy
Licence be obtained from the Transport Management centre.
4. A detailed Traffic
Management Plan (TMP) be prepared incorporating above two conditions and
additional traffic control measures/detours required. The TMP be submitted to
the RMS, Police and Council at least one (1) week prior to the proposed road
closure for review and comments. The applicant much comply with any
additional conditions imposed by the RMS, Police and Council upon review of
the TMP.
THAT Traffic
Logistics be requested to notify all emergency service, bus companies, St
George Cabs Limited and the affected residents in Bridge Street, Hurstville
at least seven (7) days prior to the proposed road closure.
FURTHER THAT
Traffic Logistics be informed of Council’s decision.
